Starlight Events South Wales is an event planner and event hire company based in South Wales, (UK).

We predominantly supply South Wales, but we are willing to travel further afield if logistically feasible. If necessary we can calculate the costs of shipping and transport for weddings outside of the UK.

Furniture Hire

We supply the largest selection of wedding and function chairs in Wales, along with our thrones and sofa sets, we have in stock the following styles for event chairs:

We also supply tables, from standard banqueting tables which require table cloths, to our rustic wooden tables, we have it all in stock.

Decoration Hire

We offer centrepieces, charger plates, napkins, chair sashes, top table arrangements, flower stands, drapes, cutlery, glassware, artificial trees, ceiling flowers, arches, flower walls, feather walls and foliage walls, table plans and welcome signs, flowers for stairs and mantlepieces, illuminated letters, aisle carpets, cake stands, post boxes and more.

Centrepieces we stock include candelabras in gold, silver or crystal. Flower arrangements for stands, wreaths for tables, long and low runners for top tables, lanterns, hoops, trees and more!

Entertainment Hire

Our entertainment services include Magic Mirror photo booths, Standard Oval Photo Booths, Vintage Tripod Photo Booth Stands, Phone Box Audio Guest Books, Illuminated light up letters and numbers, Twinkling LED dance floors, Confetti Cannons, Cold Spark Indoor Fireworks, DJ services, Uplighting and more.

We provide a range of event planning services. You can contact us if you require help from the very first step or if you simply require hire items for your event. Our clients require us to help plan for private weddings, corporate functions and live public events. We use our own stock but if there’s anything you need which we don’t have, we are able to use our contacts to supply it for you.
